Help people in impoversed nations by raising awareness in your own community. Concern Worldwide is an international, humanitarian organization dedicated to the reduction of suffering in the world’s poorest countries. On Saturday, April 14th, Concern Worldwide will be hosting its annual Spring Run fundraiser. To ensure that the event is as successful as possible, Concern Worldwide is looking for volunteers to help get the word out. Now through the beginning of April, they are urgently looking for volunteers to help with flyer and poster distribution throughout New York City. Just stop by their office, pick up some posters or flyers, and distribute them around the city! It’s a great way to spend thirty minutes of your lunch break.
