Brides Against Breast Cancer (BABC) uniquely contributes to programs for cancer patients and their families. BABC’s provides outreach and educational efforts during its “Tour of Gowns” bridal shows around the country to help ensure that people impacted by cancer have the resources and information they need in their battle with cancer. Volunteers are central to this effort. BABC needs volunteers to help with various gown shows nationwide. Come help local brides find the dress of their dreams, witness nonstop smiles, and support a great cause. Volunteers check brides in and out, assist brides in dressing rooms, help setup and breakdown, and help promote the show. Lives are touched and changed through volunteers’ unique support. Shifts run for 3-5 hours on Fridays and Saturdays (between 10:00am-8:00pm) at various locations, and are a great opportunity for groups or industry professionals. Visit BABC’s website to find a volunteer event in a city near you. Click on the calendar of events and select “Volunteer Registration” to get started!
