St. Thomas of Canterbury

St. Thomas of Canterbury happily runs a Food Pantry and Soup Kitchen to those in need of a hot meal in Chicago. Every Tuesday and Friday from 3:30pm-7:00pm, about 20 volunteers are needed to help prepare food, set tables, serve guests, and clean up after dinner at St. Thomas’ Soup Kitchen. This is a great opportunity for groups and supervised teens, and volunteers should wear closed-toe shoes and comfortable attire. Volunteers can also lend a hand in the Food Pantry from 9:30am-12:00pm, sorting bags and packages of food and distributing them to the public. Call to sign up or register your group today!
